Guy Marion Hagood, 95, of Olive Branch, MS passed away July 18, 2015. Guy served in the U.S. Navy throughout World War II in the Pacific. He was aboard the Battle Ship, West VA when it was sunk at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. He was later on board the USS Lexington when it was also sunk during combat. He is survived by three children: Gwen Hagood Ray, Floyd A. Hagood, and Guy M. Hagood III; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday July 21, 2015 at 10:00 am at Forest Hill Funeral Home South on East Holmes Road.
