Harlan Lee Born(Harley), age 91, of Nesbit, passed away peacefully in his home on Dec. 19, 2020. Harley was born in Plainview, NE on Apr. 2, 1929. He was one of 12 siblings who he dearly loved. He served in the Airforce from ages 17-20. He was an avid Cornhuskers fan and loved to fish. Harley loved to dance with his wife Lou, and did so until he was 90 years old. Harley was preceded in death by his late wife Billie Sue Born and his beloved grandson Cody Crockett. Survived by loving wife Lou Mabry Born and two daughters Deborah Bangma(Jim) and Wanda Klinck (John), grandchildren Julie Wade(Corey), Casie Deisher(Clay), Jennie Pollan(Lee), Jeffery LaBarreare(Tabitha), 10 great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Harley loved his family, including his nieces and nephews, his friends, his church and a good practical joke. Hard working, kind and a true gentleman, Harley will be dearly missed but left a beautiful example of how to love family well and serve others like his Savior, Jesus.
