Harrison C. Barr, 87, of Memphis, TN passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at his home. Mr. Barr was an U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. He was owner and operator of Barr Heating and Air Company is Memphis and a member of First Baptist Church of MT. Pleasant (MS). Harrison was an avid fisherman. His parents Newt and Sara Barr preceded him in death; also three brothers: Hershel, Laverne and Maurice Barr and one sister, Verdie Jetton. He leaves his wife, Betty Sue Barr and one son: Jeff Barr of Memphis; two sisters: Tina Malone and Lee Turner both of Jefferson City MO. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Saturday, December 5 at Forest Hill South with service immediately following. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
