Hazel Addington, 85, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Graveside services will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home on Whitten Road on Saturday, March 18th at 2:00 pm. Mrs. Addington was born in Henderson, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bunyan (Bunny) Emanuel Smith and Minnie Jane Brewer Smith; her husband, Roger W. Addington; her brothers, Ernest and Horace Smith; and sister, Ruth. Survivors include her sons, James, Howard, and Fred Addington; and her brothers, Lonnie and James (Bunky).
