Hazel McCord Condon, retired nurse, 88, passed away September 12, 2021after a brief illness. Hazel was born in Pontotoc, MS on February 4, 1933. She graduated as an RN from Baptist School of Nursing and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursibg from Memphis State University.

She is survived be her children, Johanna Condon, John J. Condon, Jr. (Ann), and Susan Cooper (Jeff), all of Memphis. She leaves 6 grandchildren, and 5 Great grandchildren. She was predeceased by John (Jack) Condon SR., and son Michael.

Visitation will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church, Bartlett, TN at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 25, 2021, immediately followed be the Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M.
