Hazel Teen Gafford, 95 of Memphis, TN passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 11, 2020. She was born on June 7, 1924 in Guntown, MS to Thomas Kyle Langley and Lottie Maude Garrison.

She is survived by one sister, Jeannie Williams of Little Rock, Arkansas, two sons Michael Langley Gafford  and Eric Keith Gafford of Memphis, one daughter-in-law, Susan Gafford, four grandchildren, Amy Gafford Balducci, April Gafford Hoffman, both of Memphis; Stephen Lynn Gafford, Jr.  of Mechanicsville, Maryland, and Brandon Gafford of the U.K.,nine great-grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ruben "Buddy" Gafford, a son, Stephen Lynn Gafford, Sr., and six siblings.

She was a lifelong member of Berclair Baptist Church and enjoyed dancing and singing her favorite song, "Crazy" by Patsy Cline. She was a homemaker and devoted her life to her family and friends.
