Hazel C. Martin, 94, passed away peacefully in Memphis, TN on December 1, 2018. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Tommy Martin (Dixie) of Clinton, MS, Barry Martin of Memphis, TN, and Rick Martin (Tina) of Memphis, TN. She was blessed with five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Visitation with her family will be December 6, 2018, 1:00-2:00 pm, with her funeral at 2:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East on Whitten Road. 901-382-1000
