Hazel L. Vaughn, 88, of Eads, TN, passed away on August 13, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew G. Vaughn, Jr.; and son, James Michael Vaughn. Mrs. Vaughn is survived by two sons, John Larry Vaughn and his wife, Marie, and Ricky Andrew Vaughn; three grandchildren; eleven great- grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 12 p.m. Tuesday, August 16 until service begins at 1 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, East on Whitten Road. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Southwoods Cemetery.
