Helen Creasy of Concord, NC, was born in Dyer, TN on February 3, 1922 and passed away on January 19, 2016 at the age of 93. Helen lived in Concord, NC for the past 2.5 years, but was a resident of Memphis and Cordova for more than 70 years. She was a member of St. John United Methodist Church for 50 years. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution since 1970, held all offices in her chapter at one time, and served as their Regent. Helen's career spanned 52 years working with International Harvester and Diamond International Trucking. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 51 years, Lloyd R. Creasy. Helen leaves behind one son, Terry M. Agee (Anna); one grandchild, Kristen L. Groover (Steve); one great-grandchild, Chloe Hampton Groover; and by one niece, Peggy Miller Walker (Mike). A visitation will be held on Monday, January 25, 2016 from 1-2 PM with funeral services to immediately follow at 2:00 PM, all at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East - 2440 Whitten Road.
