Henry L. Donathan, 83, of Oakland, TN, went to be with the Lord on January 4, 2015.
He retired from Illinois Central Railroad, was an Army veteran and was a member of First Baptist Church in Fisherville. Mr. Donathan was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ruby Neely Donathan. He is survived by his sons, Stephan Donathan, Keith Donathan, Harrison Donathan; daughter, Michelle Davis; daughter in law and caregiver, Sandra Donathan; two sisters, Virgie Banks of Raleigh, NC, Christine Fincher of Memphis; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, January 8 and service at 10 a.m. Friday, January 9, 2015 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be sent to the Children's Ministry at First Baptist Church in Fisherville.
