Hildred Virginia O'Neal Raney, 89, of Southaven, MS passed away on January 4, 2023.

Ms. Raney was a much loved daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Carriage Hills Baptist Church and was very active in her community.

Hildred was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Raney; her parents, James Minor and Jennie Mae O'Neal; her daughter, Debbie Brumfield; two grandsons, Keith Shamblin and Robbie Brumfield; one great-grandson, Gavin Johnson; also other beloved family members.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Tresea Smith and her husband, Charles; 4 grandchildren, Josh Brumfield, Tabitha Johnson, Nicholas Smith and Joshua Smith; 8 great-grandchildren, Cody Shamblin, Paxton Brumfield, Autumn Brumfield, Asron Thompson, Lillian Johnson, Liam Smith, Kieran Smith and Aria Smith; one great-grandson, Katur Shamblin; also one brother, Luther O'Neal and his wife Judy; and son in-law, Robert Brumfield.

In lieu of Flowers the family requests that memorials are sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
