Homer Clay Hudspeth, 86, passed away in Memphis, TN on July 15, 2019. Mr. Hudspeth was born in Sarah, MS. He was a 1951 graduate of Humes High School, and a veteran of the United States Army and United States Air Force. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post #7175, Masonic Lodge #671, Scottish Rite, Al Chymia Shriners, and retired from Asbestos Local #90. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph Lawrence and Mary Virginia Thomas Hudspeth, and his wife, Catherine Gipson Hudspeth. Left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Helen Heath (James) and Mary Jo Spencer (Albert). Visitation with his family will be Monday, July 22, 2019 from 1:00-2:00 p.m., with his funeral services following at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East. 901-382-1000.
