Howell Eugene "Gene" Perry, 72, of Bartlett, TN, went to be with the Lord, May 31, 2014. He worked at Firestone, Kimberly Clark and retired from Mid South Instruments. Mr. Perry served in the Navy during the Vietnam era and was a Mason. He was a member of Bartlett Hills Baptist Church, and was an avid horseman and a lifetime member of the APHA. Mr. Perry is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Anita Ellis Perry; two sons, Howell E. Perry, II, James Seaborn Perry; two sisters, Ann and Jeri; two sisters in law, Patricia and Jeannine; brother in law, Robert and several grandchildren. Visitation will be 12 p.m. until service begins at 2 p.m. Friday, June 6 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following.
