Hubert Austin Harper, Jr., born April 6, 1928 in Parkin, Arkansas was called home to his Lord on December 2, 2017. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He leaves his wife Janette Harper, one son Michael Harper, thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Services will be held on December 7, 2017 at Forest Hill Funeral Home with visitation from 12:00 noon until service time at 2:00 p.m.
