Ilene L. Davis, 95, passed away in Memphis, TN on January 7, 2020. She served her country honorably in the United States Navy in the Cadet Nurse Corps. She had retired from Baptist Hospital after 51 years.  Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband Frank Davis, one daughter, Betty Samuels and 3 brothers.  Left to cherish  her memory is her son, Rickey Davis (Cindy) of Memphis, 3 sisters, Janice Morrison of Lafayette, TN, Mynelle Teague of Ripley, MS, Mayzelle Woods of Starkville MS, and one brother, Rayford Lancaster (Sally) of Olive Branch, MS  Mrs. Davis has been blessed with 3 grandchildren, Ashley Joiner, Amy Moss and Laura Taylor, and 8 great grandchildren.  Visitation with her family will be on Tuesday, January14, 2020, from 1:00~2:00 pm with funeral service following at 2:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East 901-382-1000
