Irene W. Yates, 82, of Bartlett, TN, died Saturday, June 30, 2012. She was a retired banking secretary and a member of Bartlett Baptist Church. Mrs. Yates was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar T. Yates, Sr. and is survived by her daughter, Karen Williams of Bartlett, TN; son, Richard Callahan of Port Charlotte, FL; brothers, Lealon Willis of Collierville, TN, Cecil Willis of Sycamore, IL; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-7 P.M., Monday, July 2, 2012 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 A.M., Tuesday at the funeral home with interment to follow.
