Irma Lee Carver, 81, of Memphis passed away September 9, 2013 in Memphis.
Funeral services will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home, 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis,TN on September 12, 2013 at 10am. A public visitation will be held at 9am prior to the service. Irma was born in Crockett County, Tennessee on February 1, 1932 to Grace and Charlie Conder. Irma married the late Bill Carver and had two sons, who survive her, Mark Carver and Glenn Carver. Irma had five grandchildren, Angela Sinfelt, Krista Carver, Alexandria Wiley, Jackson Carver and Caroline Carver. Also surviving are her sister Ann Rodgers and brothers Charles Conder, John Conder, Larry Conder, Mike Conder and Steve Conder. Her late brother was Cleatus Conder.
Irma was a strong, loving daughter, sister, mother and mother-in-law to Grace and Nicole Carver. A selfless person, Irma always put others first choosing to become a nurse and taking great pride in the accomplishments of her family.
In loving memory she will always be missed.
