Jack L. Rogers, 77, of Memphis, TN died Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at his home. He was a member of Robins Street Primitive Baptist Church in Jackson, TN, retired from H.B. Phillips and was in the Tennessee National Guard for ten years. Mr. Rogers is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sandra Rogers; children, Chris Hamlin and Mark Hamlin both of Memphis, TN and Tim Tomes of Nashville, TN; brother, Jerry Rogers of Richland, MS; grandchildren, Garrett, Caleb and Michael Hamlin and his mother-in-law, Deloris Crouch. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Myrtle Rogers and father-in-law Robert Crouch. The family requests any memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society. Visitation will be 12-2 p.m., Thursday, April 4, 2012 with services to follow at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Interment will be in Forest Hill East Cemetery.
