Jack Auston Wiley, age 93, of Olive Branch, MS passed away Tuesday July 21, 2015. He was born August 02, 1921 in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to the late John and Mavis Wiley of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He attended Holt High School in Holt, Alabama. Jack served his country in World War II on a cargo ship as a Merchant Marine in the Coast Guard. He later worked and retired from TVA steam plant in Memphis as an engineer. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Anita (Niki) Fridge, Merle (Marty) Vince, his wife, Patricia Wiley and son, Archie Wiley. Also later in life married and preceded in death by Evelyn Wiley and Grace Wiley. He is survived by his sons, Dan Wiley and wife, Gwen of Charlotte, NC and Ray Wiley and wife, Patti of Stafford, VA; his daughters, Jackie Luna, of Altamone Springs, FL, Barbara Yates of Kennesaw, GA, Patti Wilson and husband, Gerry of Olive Branch, MS, 13 grandchildren and at least 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many cousins and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at 12:30 p.m.; services begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 25 at Forest Hill Funeral Home South location at 2545 E. Holmes Rd., Memphis, TN. 38118.
