IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jacqueline Ruth
Carson
October 11, 1935 – February 14, 2026
Jacqueline Ruth Sampson Carson was born on October 11, 1935, in Plymouth, MA.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Lakey and stepfather, Wentworth Lakey, and her grandparents, Arthur Sampson and Ruth Sampson.
She was raised in North Middleboro, MA where she spent her childhood surrounded by four siblings (Robert Lakey, Linda Powers, Deborah LaValley and Kathryn Connolly) and a large, loving extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jackie was a loving and dedicated wife to William "Billy" Carson and a devoted mother to five children—Michael Carson (Tammy), Mona Kirk, Mark Carson (Christine), Robin Hebert (Mark) and Tracy Carson, who were the pride and joy of her life.
Her family continued to grow, blessing her with 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, each of whom she loved deeply.
She found great happiness in gardening, cooking, and spending time in or near the water. Whether tending to her plants, preparing meals for those she loved, or enjoying the peacefulness of the water, she embraced life's simple pleasures with gratitude.
Above all, Jackie's faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life. She lived each day with a thankful heart, praising God daily—often multiple times a day—for the many blessings she received. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering faith left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Jacqueline's life was a testament to love, gratitude, and devotion. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew her.
