Jacqueline Marie O'Neal Dunham

At the age of 90, Jackie went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 4, 2019.  Born December 13, 1928, in Graysonia, Clark County, Arkansas, she was the sixth born of 12 children; 5 boys and 7 girls.  Jackie graduated from Cove High School in 1947 and attended Capitol City Business College in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she met A.J.  They were married on September 4, 1949.  Jackie worked in insurance in Little Rock, Arkansas, and also in Shreveport, Louisiana, while A.J. served in the Air Force.  After returning to Jacksonville, Arkansas their son, Barry Keith was born, August 31, 1952. Ten years and one day later, Margaret Adele was born, September 1, 1962, and Susan Allison was born May 19, 1966. After moving to Memphis in 1961, Jackie worked as the nursery coordinator at Trinity Baptist Church.  She worked as a secretary for Briarcrest Christian School and retired in 1992 after 25 years of service. Jackie passed away peacefully at home Sunday, August 4, 2019, surrounded by her family (exactly one month before their 70th anniversary).

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2019, at Ridgeway Baptist Church, 2500 Ridgeway Road, Memphis, TN 38119.  Visitation will be from 12:30-2:00 p.m. Service will begin at 2:00 p.m.  Interment will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park East, 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN 38133.
