JAMES F. BURGESS, 89, died November 27, 2014 at Signature Healthcare in Memphis, TN. He was a WWII veteran. He leaves behind his wife of 35 years, Rose Marie Burgess, 2 step-sons Chuck Printup (Angie) of Southaven, MS; Mark Printup (Shirlene) of Hernando, MS; a sister, Dottie in California, 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Jim was known before his stroke to be a great story teller and he had a contagious laugh. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 2 at Forest Hill South Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
