James C. Emerson went to be with the Lord on December 28, 2018.

He served his country in the Korean War from 1951 to 1955 and served 4 years in Reserve until 1959.

Preceded by his Father, Mother and two brothers.

Leaves behind wife of 64 years Vaudie Trainer Emerson; 4 children, Pam, Pat, Phil & Paul. Also left to cherish 10 grandchildren and 6 great grands.

The family invites their friends to a graveside service to be held on Wednesday,  January 2, 2019 at Twin Oaks Cemetery 290 Goodman Rd. East, Southaven Mississippi.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers , donations be made to Carriage Hills Church.
