James Arnold Carswell, 84, passed away on February 14, 2019 in Memphis, TN.  Mr Carswell born in Durham, NC was a United States Navy Veteran and had been proud to serve his country. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lori Anne Carswell. He is survived by his wife, Anne Baker Carswell of Memphis, TN.
