James Donald Cox, 96, passed away on March 21, 2017. Visitation will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park East on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. with services to follow. Mr. Cox was a long time member of Lindenwood and an usher at the WOW service. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Lois Cox; son-in-law Tom Starnes; two great-grandchildren, Nicklaus and Vlaire Burton; three brothers, Floyd, Lloyd, and Franklin Cox; and one sister, Pauline Smith. Survivors include his daughter Donna Starnes; three grandchildren, Stephanie Burton (Chuck), Kevin Starnes (Karin) and Kathleen Starnes; four great-grandchildren, Andrew, Rebekka, Matthew, Lauren; and two siblings, Dorothy Smith (Howard) and Charles Cox (Virginia).
