James McCool Cozart, 87, of Southaven, MS went to be with the Lord Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Mr. Cozart is preceded in death by his parents; RR and Olie Ruth Cozart; sisters, Mary Ruth and Carolyn; and brothers: Thomas, Joe, Robert, and Billy. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Martha Cozart; children: Michael Cozart, Tedford Cozart(Jennifer), Ronnie Free(Corrie), and Carla Henigan(Don); nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Cozart was a retired manager of a body shop. He was a longtime member of Longview Heights Baptist Church in Olive Branch. A visitation will be held Saturday, December 31, 2016 from 12:30-2 with a funeral service to follow at 2pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home, South. In lieu of flowers the family requests any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital.
