James L Fier was born December 05, 1937 and passed away peacefully at his home on July 06, 2023 in Walls, MS. He is preceded in death by his wife of many years, Rosetta Kirby Fier. He is survived by his children: Kenneth Fier (Lynda) of Arkansas, Joseph Fier of Memphis, James E. Fier of Walls, MS, Jack Thomas (Peggy), and Connie Thomas of Horn Lake, MS, as well as 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. James will forever be in our hearts and we will miss him dearly. In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
