James M. Fox, 84, passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Rosalie Fox; one son, Christopher Fox; two daughters, Gina Russell(Chip); Melissa Webster(Jason); six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. James was preceded in death by a son, Daniel and a daughter, Susan. He served honorably in the U. S. Navy. He retired from IBM in 1991 after 34 years. James and Rosalie were foster parents for 20 years. He was a member of Harmony Church of Bartlett. Memorials may be made in the Alzheimer''s Foundation of America. Family and friends will gather to share memories, 1-2 pm, Friday, followed by services at 2 pm. Both at Forest Hill Funeral Home East, 2440 Whitten Road.
