Southaven - James Harley Hough, Sr, 87, of Southaven, MS, died peacefully on September 19, 2014. A native Memphian, he worked for the Illinois Central Gulf railroad for 41 years. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 59 years, Betty Lou Fogerty Hough, and their daughter, Jennie Hough. He leaves a son, Jimmy Hough (wife, Susan), daughter Lynn Tarver (husband, Jim) and daughter Becky Fleischer (husband, Jo), sister Minnie Ballard, brother Wayne Christopher, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. Monday, September 22 at Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown, followed by services at 2 p.m.
