James "Jamie" Edward Bell, 31, went to be with the Lord on August 18, 2013. Jamie was born March 11, 1982 and expectantly came into this world with an identical twin brother, BJ Bell. He graduated from Collierville High School and received a Marketing Management degree from University of Memphis. Jamie was employed with Mattress Firm Inc. as an assistant manager. He loved sports and in particular football. He was an accomplished athlete in football and wrestling at Germantown High School and Collierville High School. In his professional life, he spread a powerful magnetic energy and outlook among his peers with a sweet compassionate soul. Jamie enjoyed traveling, boating, and fishing. He was a devoted fan to the Grizzlies. Jamie was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Beckham Bell; grandparents, Billy Joe Bell, Genevieve Rebecca Bell, James A. Beckham; and his Aunt Elisa A. Bell. Jamie is survived by his father, William Bell; two brothers, his twin and best friend BJ Bell, and his little brother, Weston Bell; one Uncle Gene Bell (Gina); and an Aunt and Uncle Becky and John Ross. He leaves a host of extended family and friends. He was a member of Central Church. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, August 21 and funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, August 22 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following.
