James Gilmer Lee (1950-2024)
James "Gil" Lee from Memphis, TN, was 74 when he died on 12/26/2024 after suffering a stroke.
He is reunited with his mother Betty, father James and step-mother Norma.
He leaves behind his wife of 55 years, Carolyn, his two sons Brian (wife Lisa) and Jason (wife Kelly). He leaves his sister Pam (husband Troy) and step-sister Dixie.
His most favorite activity was being with his grand kids Jackson, Emma Kate, Tyson and Dylan. He also leaves two nieces Shelly & Husband Evan (Great niece, Gracie & Great nephew, Jack) and Stacey & Husband Larry.
He was retired from the City of Memphis General Services-Plumbing Department after 31 years, serving in various positions.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in honor of Mr. James Gilmer Lee
