James Marshall Loosier, Sr., 75, passed away, Saturday, December 27, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Marshall and Roberta Ann Loosier. James grew up in Memphis, where he graduated from South Side High School. He attended the University of Alabama. He is survived by 3 children, Don A. Loosier(Terri) of Olive Branch; Jay Loosier(Kerry) of Horn Lake; and Colleen Crum(Tony) of Southaven; two brothers, Marshall(Joann) of Conway, TX; Miller(Janice) of Collierville; one sister, Roberta Davis(Benson) of Knoxville, TN; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be sent to First Presbyterian Church or the charity of your choice. The family will receive friends at 1 pm; Friday, January 2, 2015 followed by a memorial service at 1:30 pm, at Forest Hill Funeral Home - Midtown Chapel.
