James B. Mills, Jr., 92, passed away Monday, July 12, 2021, in Breese, IL.  The widower of the late Jo Ann Mills, he is survived by his son, Brad Mills(Vickie); three daughters, Deborah Dodson (Mark); Pam Spacer (Gary); and Kim Davis (Mike); seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.  Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life Thursday, July 15, 2021, 1:00 pm-2:00 pm. followed by services at 2:00 pm. Both at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park-Midtown
