James Poore, 77 of Saulsbury, TN, passed away July 10, 2022.

James had many careers in his life. He served honorably in the United States Air For for four years. He worked for Colonial Bread for five years, Guardian Products for six years, and retired from working for the Walmart Corporation as a receiving manager for 30 years.

He enjoyed riding his bike, and was an avid bowler for over 20 years. He loved Civil War history, and was a collector of Budweiser memorabilia.

He is survived by his former spouse, Carolyn Ann Poore; one daughter, Carol Dunlap (George); two sons, Robert Poore ( Jessica Luna-Vega), and James Poore; one sister, Barbara King (Tommy); one brother, Robert Poor; grandchildren, Jacob Dunlap (Hannah), Noah Dunlap, Julia Luna Ortiz, Josselen Luna Ortiz, and Jennavieve Luna-Vega Poore; and one great grandchild on the way.

James was preceded in death by parents, Ira Poore and Lena Ashby; two sisters, Marjorie Weaver and Iris Neblett; and one brother, George Poor.
