James R. Anthony, Sr., husband of Patricia Anthony, father of James R. Anthony Jr. and Tammy Durm (Jeff), grandfather of Jacque and Riley Anthony, Jackson and Sam Durm, brother of Claude Anthony, Mark Anthony, and Jeanette Whitehead. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. James, a resident of Bethel and formerly of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on May 21, 2015 at age 67. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 27 from 12 - 2 pm with services at 2 pm all at Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery.
