James "Rex" Green was born in on August 24,1933 to Jack and Velma Green in Dyersburg, TN .He passed away on December 21, 2017.He was preceded in death by his wife Patty Green; son, Randy Green; his parents, Jack and Velma Green; and brother, Bobby Green. He's survived by his daughter, Mitzi Smith (William David) of Mason, TN; grandchildren, Nicholas Green of Memphis,TN, Brittany Green of Arlington, TN, Megan Smith Hartsfield of Spring Hill, TN; and two great-grandchildren, Lilly Hartsfield and Owen Hartsfield of Springfield. Visitation will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East on Saturday, December 23 from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, funeral service at 2:00 PM with a catered reception to follow at the funeral home.
