James A. Roberts, 67, of Bartlett, TN, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 surrounded by loved ones. He was a retiree of Coors Brewery after thirty-two years. He also retired from the City of Lakeland as a Code Enforcement Officer after seven years. He graduated from Kingsbury High School in 1969, was a member of the Masons, Scottish Right, York Right, and The Shriners. Mr. Roberts was a member of the Memphis Bop Club, and proudly served as a Marine and in the Coast Guard. James was preceded in death by his parents, C.J. and Virginia Roberts. He is survived by his wife, Katie Roberts; three sons, Shane Roberts (Tami), Barry Roberts (April), and Buddy Reaves (the late Misty Reaves); two brothers, Bristol and Lee Roberts; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2017 with services at 10 a.m., Thursday, February 16, 2017 with burial following at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East on Whitten Road. 901-382-1000.
