James Louis Ross, Jr. (Jim), 78, of Rosemark, TN, passed away, Sunday, July 30, 2017. Jim, a retired Navy veteran of 30 years, as well as a 20+ year retiree from Federal Express, enjoyed music, woodworking, and watching John Wayne and Hopalong Cassidy westerns.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda P. Ross of Rosemark, TN; seven daughters, Joni Prosser, Patty Ross, Angela Bailey, Roseann Funez, Shari Keough, Julie Halsted, Bonnie Blue; one son, James (Jamie) Harris; 16 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren. In addition, he is preceded in death by his son, David Harris.

Services for Mr. Ross will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery - East, 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN 38133. Visitation will be Friday, August 4th between 5pm - 7pm and funeral services will be held Saturday, August 5th at 2:00pm.
