James Winfred Simmons, 84, passed away Friday, January 04, 2013 at Methodist Germantown Hospital. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday, January 7 at Forest Hill South with visitation Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery. Mr. Simmons is an Army Veteran and retired from Transcon Truckline. He was owner of Hometown USA Realty of Olive Branch and a member of LaBelle Haven Baptist Church. He leaves his wife, Mary L. Simmons; two children, Tressa Fifer of Olive Branch and Jim Simmons of Southaven; three grandchildren: Christy Reece Stewart, Justin Simmons and Cecili Bryson; four great-grandchildren: Benjamin Stewart, Landon and Natalie Simmons and Allyah Bryson; one sister, Jackie Morrow and four brothers, Robert Doyle, Luther Roy, Billy Arnold and John Edgar Simmons.
