James E. Swift, 78, of Sardis, MS, passed away on March 26, 2016. He retired from American Airlines and was an Army Veteran. Mr. Swift was preceded in death by his loving wife, JoAnn Swift; brother, John Harold Swift; and his parents, George Wilson and Mary Swift. He is survived by brothers, George Swift, David Swift; sisters, Melissa Jones, Mary Jane Weinburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 1 p.m. Monday, April 4 until service begins at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with interment following.
