James Douglas Wheat, 70, of Byhalia, passed away June 4, 2012, at his home. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, June 6 with funeral service Thursday at 2 p.m., both at Forest Hill South. Interment will follow in Forest Hill South Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his son, James E. Wheat. James leaves his wife, Cathy; his sons: Gary, Mark, Anthony, and Joey Cates; his daughters: Kim Wheat and Mendy Hubner.
