Janet Sexton Tuggle, 83, of Memphis, TN, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022, after a long illness.  She leaves behind her husband of 42 years, Newell Tuggle, one daughter, Michelle Gibson, one granddaughter, Heather Gibson, and her beloved great-grandkitty, Pepper, of Southaven, MS.  She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Margie Sexton.

Janet was a longtime member of Trinity Baptist Church.  She was a retired telephone operator, working for South Central Bell and later AT&T.  Janet was a huge Memphis Grizzlies fan and attended as many games as possible.  She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be greatly missed.

The family asks that memorials be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
