Janie Maxine Walker Camp, 61, of Memphis, passed away November 15, 2013. She was a loving wife, caring mother, and true friend to so many. Mrs. Camp was born to the late William and Maxine Walker on November 29, 1951. Janie is survived by her husband of 44 years, Charles R. Camp; sons Billy (Dennise), Danny (Missy) and Joey as well as three grandchildren Deven, Gerry D, and Geneviese Rose; brother Barry (Leslie) and sister Julie (Tim). She had a passion for art and teaching others how to create their own artistic visions. She was formerly employed by the City of Memphis'' Park Commission at the Marion Hale Community Center and McWherter Senior Center where her fun loving spirit inspired so many lives young and old. Visitation will be 5:30-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 19. Services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 20 at the funeral home with interment to follow.
