Ms Twitchell was retired from the IRS Service Center in Memphis and a member of New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church in Horn Lake. She was also a member of the Eastern Star. Jeannette was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Twitchell; her parents, John Allison and Hazel Lewis Welting; also two brothers, Tommy and Johnny Welting. She leaves her daughter, Sharon Howe (Brandon) of Pontotoc, MS; two grandsons, Brayden and Axel Howe; two sisters, Lynnette Conway of Bartlett, TN and Cheryl Wilkinson of Byhalia, MS; also a sister in-law, Diane Welting of Southaven, MS.
