Jeannie "Kathy" Cook, 71 of Memphis, passed away June 30, 2023.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Layne Cook; three daughters, Aundrea Starnes, Lisa Hilliard, and Sydney Carmichael (John); two sisters, Jodi McDaniel and Melody Goodman; five grandchildren, Stephanie Dickey, Brian Starnes, Anthony Starnes, Mason Carmichael, and Sophia Carmichael; and a host of great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Royal Lee and Wanda Jean Cozart; and one sister, Cindy Jennemann.

Ms. Kathy loved taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church.
