Jerome "Mac" McCaskey, 81 of Bartlett, passed away July 18, 2022.

Mac retired from the United States Navy after 20 years of service. He had many hobbies during his life; to name a few, he enjoyed playing badminton, flying remote controlled airplanes, and racquet ball at Bartlett Parks and Rec.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, LaWanda Manning McCaskey; five children, Ronnie (Linda) McCaskey, Susie (Rick) Jacobs, Jimmy (Carla) McCaskey, Jan (David) Smith, and Mike (Gretchen) McCaskey; six sisters; one brother; 13 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Lisa McCaskey; his parents, Joseph and Laverne McCaskey; and one sister.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
