Jerry Dunlap, 71, of Southaven, passed away October 3, 2012. He worked for Memphis Compress for 30 years. Mr. Dunlap is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Barbara Perkins; daughters, Sharen Davis, Karen Smorowski; five grandchildren, Alysha Jackson, Kaitlyn Davis, Kevin, Laura and Sarah Smorowski; two great grandchildren, Dakota and Connor Jackson; two brothers, Jack Dunlap, Mickey Dunlap and a sister, Linda Simpson. Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Friday, October 5 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home in Memphis, TN, with family receiving friends an hour prior. Interment will be in Forest Hill East Cemetery in Memphis, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family request any memorials be sent to LeBonheur Children''s Hospital.
