Jerry (Gerald) K. Hopper born February 12, 1936 went to be with his Lord April 29, 2016. His passions in life were his children and his church. He attended Calvary Baptist Church in Memphis. Jerry also enjoyed sports and was an avid Memphis Tiger fan, GTG. He was a proud American, an Air Force veteran, and loved the men and women of our armed services. Jerry is survived by his children, Jeff Hopper (Linda), Rachel Hopper, and Kim Dunlap (Danny), 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, the mother of his children Shirley Mildram, and many friends. He also leaves two brothers, David Hopper and Donald Hopper. He was predeceased in death by his mother and father, Charlie E. Hopper and Thelma Hopper. Services will be held Tuesday, at Calvary Baptist Church, 3812 Kirby Parkway, Memphis, TN., with visitation from 11-1, with services immediately following. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Midtown on Elvis Presley.
