Jerry Nathan Parker, 83, passed away on January 7, 2024.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Wade Parker; mother, Arcallia Hester Parker; brother, Pete Parker; sisters, Mattie Weeks, Louise Nelson, and Viola McManus. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife of 49 years, Martha Kennedy.

Jerry, the loving son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather is survived by one daughter, Angie Deskewies McKee; one son, Jerry (Jamie) Parker, Jr.; five grandchildren, Ashley Deskewies, Austin Deskewies, Jessica Deskewies, Emily Parker and Jerron Parker.

We rejoice for what God has done in and through the life of Jerry. He accepted Jesus as his Savior at an early age and followed God's word throughout his life. He raised his children under God's principles and was a blessing to many people throughout his years of music ministry.
