Jerry V. Arnold, 81, passed away on June 8, 2016. He retired from City of Memphis Fire Department and served in the US Air Force. Mr. Arnold leaves behind his loving wife of 61 years, May; three children, Danny Ray Arnold (Amber), Yolanda Lolane Shappley (Jeff), Jerry M. Arnold (Brenda); three grandchildren, Danna, Jesse, Hailey; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 9 a.m. Saturday, June 11 until service begins at 10 a.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with interment following. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
